Ingredients
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cardamom pods
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 75ml gin
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice, plus slices to garnish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Step by step
- Place the cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and cloves in a small saucepan with 300ml of water. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes to infuse with the spices.
- Stir in the honey to dissolve, followed by the gin, orange juice and lemon juice. Divide between 2 heatproof glasses or mugs and garnish each with an orange slice.
