Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
  • 2 tbsp lemon syrup
  • 4 thin slices cucumber
  • small bunch mint leaves
  • about 150ml soda water

Step by step

  1. Put 4 cubes of ice in a long tumbler glass with the elderflower cordial and lemon syrup. Muddle together with the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Top up with soda water to serve.
