Ingredients
- 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 2 tbsp lemon syrup
- 4 thin slices cucumber
- small bunch mint leaves
- about 150ml soda water
Step by step
- Put 4 cubes of ice in a long tumbler glass with the elderflower cordial and lemon syrup. Muddle together with the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Top up with soda water to serve.
