Ingredients
- 2 garlic & coriander naan breads
- 100g ready-grated mozzarella
- 2 large handfuls shredded kale or cavolo nero
- 1 large red chilli, thinly sliced into strips, deseeded if you like
- 2 x good-quality sausages (We used Taste the Difference Sicilian-style sausages)
Step by step
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7. Put the naan breads on a large baking tray; top with the mozzarella, kale and chilli.
- Snip along the length of the sausages with scissors and discard the sausage casing. With your hands, break up the sausages and dollop small chunks straight onto the flatbreads. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the sausage is cooked and the mozzarella is melted and golden. Serve immediately, cut into wedges.
