Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti or linguine
- 115g unsalted butter
- 8 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- chopped chives, to serve
Step by step
- Cook the spaghetti to packet instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Heat a large pan on a low to medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant and just turning golden, then add the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce. Be careful not to burn the butter or garlic.
- Add the spaghetti and cup of pasta water. Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed and the spaghetti is glossy. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped chives.
