Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 350ml pressed apple juice (not from concentrate)
- 1 x 450g tub Rachel’s fat-free peach and passionfruit bio-live yogurt
- agave syrup or honey (optional), to sweeten
- a handful of ice cubes
Step by step
- Place all the ingredients with the ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey, if you feel it needs it, and serve immediately.
