Ingredients
- 60ml Taste the Difference blood orange and pink grapefruit gin
- 120ml pink grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey*
- about 250ml chilled Prosecco
- a twist of grapefruit peel to garnish
Step by step
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the gin, pink grapefruit juice and maple syrup or clear honey*. Shake vigorously and then strain into two chilled coupe glasses. Top up with chilled prosecco and then finish with a twist of grapefruit peel. *Use maple syrup not honey if vegan, and check your prosecco is suitable for vegans.
