Ingredients
- 120ml gin
- 60ml lemon juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- soda water
- 4 lemon slices, optional
- 2 maraschino cherries, optional
Step by step
- Take 2 tall glass tumblers and divide the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup between them. Stir well, then top up with ice and soda water. Serve garnished with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry, if you like.
