- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400g lean beef mince
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 Knorr Beef Stock Pot
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 300g spaghetti
- 20g grated Parmesan
- basil leaves, to garnish
Step by step
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the carrots, onion, celery and garlic. Cook on a gentle heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the vegetables soften but do not brown.

- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
