- 50ml Beefeater Gin
- a wedge of red grapefruit
- 100-150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

- Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the gin and the wedge of grapefruit. Top up with tonic water to taste. Enjoy.
