How to line a pastry case
1. Roll the pastry on a piece of cling film
2. Lay the pastry over the top of your tin using a rolling pin
3. Push the pastry down through the clingfilm and then trim off the edges
4. Push the pastry so it's tight against the tin and prick with a fork
5. Chill for 30 minutes
6. Blind bake for 25-30 minutes
