Ingredients
- 1 large baguette, cut on the diagonal into 25 x 2cm-thick slices
- 75-100ml olive oil
- 200g Brie, cut into 25 thin slices
- about 125g cranberry sauce
- 12 slices Prosciutto di Parma, torn into pieces
- small sprigs of thyme, to garnish
Step by step
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a large oven tray, brush lightly with the olive oil, season well, and bake for 7-8 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- To assemble, top each toast with a slice of Brie, a fold of Prosciutto di Parma and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve immediately.
