Ingredients
- 1 ripe medium pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped into 2-3cm chunks
- ⅓ large watermelon, peeled and cut into 2-3cm chunks
- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, stoned and chopped into 2-3cm chunks
- juice of 2 limes
- a pinch of hot chilli powder, to serve

Get ahead
Make a few hours ahead and chill until you want to serve.
- Simply mix the fruit and lime juice together in a large serving bowl. Serve with a little dish of chilli powder alongside for your guests to sprinkle over as they eat.
