Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fine sea salt
- 3 limes, 1 cut into quarters, two juiced
- 100ml tequila
- 4 x 330ml bottles of lager* (we used Corona)
Step by step
-
Chill 4 large thick glasses in the freezer the night before, if you can, or for at least a couple of hours before you want to serve the Beergarita.
- Pour the salt onto a small plate. When you’re ready to serve, run 1 lime quarter around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into the salt to coat evenly. Add the lime quarter to each glass.
- In a jug, mix together the juice of 2 limes and the tequila. Divide the mixture evenly between the glasses and top up each one with the lager to serve.
