Give an Aperol spritz a winter flourish with cranberries and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 small sprig(s) of rosemary
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 30ml cranberry juice drink
  • 25ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 25ml soda water
  • 100ml prosecco
  • a slice of orange (optional)

Step by step

  1. Take an ice cube tray and fill each cube with 3-4 fresh cranberries and 1-2 small sprig(s) of rosemary. Fill with water and freeze until solid. To serve, fill a large glass with the cranberry ice cubes, then pour in 50ml Aperol, 30ml cranberry juice drink, 25ml freshly squeezed orange juice and 25ml soda water. Top up with about 100ml prosecco. Garnish with extra rosemary sprigs and a slice of orange (optional).
