Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh fig (optional)
- 60ml gin
- 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Bonne Maman fig conserve
- ice cubes
- chilled Champagne or prosecco*, to top up
Step by step

Cut a small slit in each slice of fig, if using, and slide onto the rims of two large coupe glasses (or similar).

Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the fig jam and a large handful of ice. Shake well for 30 seconds until very cold. Strain into the glasses and top up with chilled Champagne or prosecco
Tip*Ensure Champagne or prosecco is vegan, if required
