Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of Perfect Ted matcha powder
- 50ml of vodka
- 70ml of Irish cream liqueur
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar syrup
- ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract
Step by step

Prepare 1 teaspoon of Perfect Ted matcha powder with 50ml of hot water using a bamboo whisk, a mini whisk or a fork.

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the prepared matcha, 50ml of vodka, 70ml of Irish cream liqueur, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar syrup, made with equal parts sugar and water, depending on your desired sweetness, and ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract. Shake until well chilled.

Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with extra matcha powder using a mini sieve.
