Ingredients
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 300ml white rum
- 100ml vodka
- juice of 3 limes
- 350ml pineapple juice
- 450ml cranberry juice
- a few orange slices to serve
- soda water or lemonade to top up, optional
Step by step
Get ahead
Mix the punch and chill. Add ice and orange slices just before guests arrive.
- Dissolve the sugar in 1 tablespoon of boiling water, then mix with the rum, vodka, lime, pineapple and cranberry juices in a punch bowl or jug. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Serve in glasses with more ice, orange slices and flamingo stirrers or umbrellas. Top up with soda water or lemonade for a longer drink.
