Ingredients
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- juice of 1 lime
- 250ml pink grapefruit juice
- 120ml vodka
- 15ml Monin sugar syrup
- a handful of ice cubes
- 100ml chilled sparkling water
- pink grapefruit, to garnish
Step by step
- Put the rosemary sprigs into a cocktail shaker and muddle several times by pressing down with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to release their flavour.
- Add the lime juice, pink grapefruit juice, vodka, Monin sugar syrup and a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until cold.
- Strain into tall ice-filled glasses and top up with the chilled sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a rosemary sprig and a slice of pink grapefruit, if you like.
