Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 100ml gin
- 50ml elderflower cordial
- 25ml triple sec liqueur (or Cointreau)
- 25ml lemon juice
- ice cubes
Step by step
- Slice 2 thin rounds from the lemon and set aside for the garnish. Put gin, elderflower cordial, triple sec liqueur, lemon juice and a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until chilled, then strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses and serve garnished with the reserved lemon rounds.
