Ingredients
- 1 passion fruit, halved
- 45ml vodka
- 120ml ginger beer
- 75ml pineapple juice
- 30ml lime juice
Step by step
- Set 1 half of the passion fruit aside for garnish and press the pulp of the other through a sieve to extract the juice. In a jug, add the vodka, ginger beer, pineapple juice, lime juice and the passion fruit juice, and stir to combine. Pour into an ice-filled copper mug or glass, and garnish with the passion fruit half and a small mint sprig.
