Ingredients

  • 1 measure gin (25ml)
  • 3 tbsp lemon syrup
  • about 100ml chilled Prosecco

Step by step

  1. Put 4 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and add the gin and lemon syrup. Shake the mixture well and then pour into either a coupe or Champagne flute. Top up with Prosecco to serve.
