Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 75cl bottle of medium-dry rosé wine*
- 500ml sparkling white grape juice
- 200ml pink grapefruit juice
- 2-3 tbsp sugar syrup (such as Monin)
- 1 red grapefruit
Step by step

This cocktail is crisp and refreshing. You could also try swapping the sparkling grape juice with elderflower for an added floral note. Add ice cubes, a 75cl bottle of medium-dry rosé wine*, 500ml sparkling white grape juice and 200ml pink grapefruit juice to a large pitcher or bowl, gently stirring together. Add 2-3 tbsp sugar syrup (such as Monin) to taste. Cut 1 red grapefruit into wedges and add to the sangria, stir briefly, then serve over ice, in short tumblers.
*Check your wine is vegan, if required.
