Ingredients

  • 10-12 strawberries
  • Taste the Difference prosecco rosé
  • 1-2 teaspoons rose water
  • 200ml lemonade, plus more to top

Step by step

  1. Hull 10-12 strawberries, then thinly slice them. Arrange the slices in each hole of a small 12-hole ice cube tray, in the shape of a rose, then top up each one with a little Taste the Difference prosecco rosé, around 80-100ml, making sure the top third of each strawberry is still peeking out. Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours. When ready to make, combine 1-2 teaspoons rose water, depending on your preference for strength of flavour, with 200ml lemonade. Add three of the strawberry roses to each of four chilled coupe glasses, then pour about 100ml of the prosecco into each glass. Top with the rose-scented lemonade and serve.
